After adjusting my coils should I get an alignment ?

Hey guys ,

So for the longest time I had about. Finger gap around my car . However I recently lowered my car for the rear tucked and had my fenders rolled . My question ever since going lower I have felt a small vibration . Do I need an alignment ? An no I am not rubbing .

I was always told yes but I've seen people adjust a few MMs up or down and they've been ok

I've been adjusting my front coils up or down 2-3 mm every once in a while and my treadwear has been even for the past 10-15k miles

100% yes. Technically the tension strut is no longer indexed / preloaded correctly when the ride height is changed. Ignoring this leads to bushing failures.
