phantom bank one precast 02 sensor code

I keep getting p2c3d codes on my 335I no matter what I try. I have replaced the sensor several times, reset adaptations, tried different tunes...it always comes back. I have noticed it is only triggered by deceleration or engine braking...I have a slight exhaust leak near my secondary cats..could that cause it? I honestly don't know what else to do.

Did you find a fix for this I'm having the same issue and replaced my O2 sensor
