USB socket
Just noticed I no longer have a USB socket in the glove compartment. Have they done away away with this on the LCI, the manual says I should have one!

Apparently it is there for software update only, but I have not looked to see if I have one either!

I downloaded a phone software update from the BMW UK site onto a USB stick, and then uploaded it onto the car using the socket in the centre console (which I also use for music).
I haven't felt the need to check in the glovebox. |

Mine has a USB socket in the glovebox. I am currently using it as a power source for my dashcam

USB socket still there, but not used for software updates anymore - my last software update was sourced from the USB in the arm rest - it did not recognise a USB stick in the glovebox, though it did have power to charge an iPhone
In the pre-LCI F10, the software updates were done from the glovebox... strange |
