I'm using the basic DIY from a 335i post a while back and using the tips I've seen (where to tap for power, purge air from the hose and test it before installing the nozzle).

Any other advice? Maybe a different/better power source than normal?

And how do I tap the charge pipe without removing it??? Or is that impossible :-). Any pics or links much appreciated. You always think you've done all the research until it's time to get started.

You'll want to remove the charge pipe to tap it and clean out any shavings which fall in.

Where can I tap into the vacuum line for boost? I'm not finding that info anywhere, and the activation is performed by boost range. I was told to set it at 15-16psi initiation.

It's either off or on- no progression. And at 220psi on the meth pump, the 8gph nozzle I have will flow approximately 650ml/min.

Here's what the seller told me.
All methanol nozzles are flowed at 100 psi

220 psi is roughly 10.20gph
300 psi is roughly 11gph
