I'm not sure what the factory recommends besides a standard alignment but.. It'll really depend on what performance you'll be doing. Autocross type driving vs Circuit? Technical sharp turns at low speeds? Long swoops at high speeds? In general, more camber and toe-out in the rear will give you sharper turns. With toe-in, more stability at high speeds.

The rear tires angled outwards like a V (toe-out) will allow the car to change direction quicker - the inside rear wheels are being pushed in the direction the tread/wheel is facing. Ideal for smaller go-kart tracks and autocross where you need to take sharp technical turns.

With the rear toe-in, the tires are being pushed toward one another allowing more stability at high speeds.

Obviously many other factors come into play such as tire size, squared setup vs. staggered, ride height, camber/caster settings, track/circuit you'll be driving on, etc. I set up my S2000 for autocross and the car was very sensitive, driving straight, making a turn, all around town. I personally hated it, it made me uneasy and nervous driving on the freeway especially. It feels like when your tire is following a crease in the road and it wants to pull a certain way. Obviously this is an extreme case, but you can only imagine how bad it was driving in the rain...

I`ve got custom alignments done by manhart to improve the precisement of the steering and to have the car turn better in corners.

do you know if they're setup would cause premature wear on the tires?

of course they will get worn out sooner but they asked me for my wishes.
they asked if it should feel better on the straights at higher speeds or if I want to have an improoved steering feel but might cause that the tires will get worn out sooner.

I`m now leaning towards the second option but not as hard as I could go, so that the tires won`t get worn out that soon.

we`ve driven about some hours just to adjust the suspension right on my kw v3.

I'm almost absolutely sure the answer is no. But does BMW do alignments? Free? Ha ha..

What adjustments can be made with the factory suspension components? I'd like to get a bit more negative camber up front if possible.
