Is it possible to activate Sirius radio via coding since I do not have tech package?

Yes, you need to purchase an FSC code. Need a cable, computer, etc. to get it installed. My dealer quoted me $695 to do it.

Both BimmerTech and BPM Sport could do it for you. They're on the forums or Google them.
