Size DOES matter...!
Can someone tell me if there is a difference in the size of the brake rotors between CCB's and stock?

Yes ... the CCB's are larger.

I'm not positive but I think these are the sizes:
Steel brakes: 380mm front / 370mm rear CCB: 400mm front / 380mm rear
