Where to buy touch up paint?

I would rather buy it online then drive to the dealer.

But I can't find any place selling it online.

Has anyone come across an online supplier of BMW touch up paint?

Whatever you do, buy the ones that come in a little jar (like nail polish). I've tried the pen, and it doesn't have the same metallic flakes found in the jar. Both were sold at BMW dealerships.

I got mine at Bavarian Autosport online. It's not cheap, but then again, neither was this car. They sell the OEM BMW touch up paint that comes with a vial of clearcoat. They also sell the touchup paint pen mentioned above and other OEM touch up paint. I got the vials with the paint and clearcoat and they worked great!

Assuming your car is Monaco Blue, color code A35, search on their site for P/N 51 91 0 397 029. Just make sure that's the actual color code on your window sticker.

Good luck!

I didn't see your response until after I ordered. I went to Google and just searched for something like "bmw paint"

I ended up buying it at PaintScratch.com -- it cost $34 for an ounce of primer, the basecoat (Monaco Blue) and the clearcoat (that includes shipping).

It came right away and the quality seems good. Their order process requires that you enter your VIN to avoid the wrong color.

So it seems like a good outfit.
