Bi xenon fitted
Finally got round to fitting my bi xenon in place of my lci halogens took a while to read up on what was involved and look for all parts, was quite a big job done over a few weekends, so thanks to everyone I asked for advice,
Surprising the difference it's made to the front of the car need to change the bulbs soon as angels are yellow and xenons are too blue for my liking Here's some pics |

Nice upgrade but won't this fail MOT for not having washers?

I'm still wondering whether to fit them but I got 10 months to decide, but I did email vosa and they didn't really give me a straight answer but something Along the lines of if there fitted they must work, then they said that if the bulbs are under 2000lumens then auto levellers and washers aren't required but go on to say that majority of mot testers have no way to test what lumens the bulbs out etc...

Washers only need to work where fitted. If not fitted, they can't be tested.
Good job on the retrofit. Those projectors make the front end so much better looking than the crappy halogen reflector units |

If so i would be very interested at that price but looking on ebay just the lights on there own without wiring etc are way over £500, i suppose you did get some money back on the lci halogens though. Mine being a pre lci are worth peanuts really. Its the one thing my cars missing, looks smart though mate
