OK to do these sizes on OEM 19"?

I have the 19" OEM wheels on my M3 and just looked on Tirerack for some winter tires. They have a closeout that'll save me $100/tire, but not in the exact OEM sizes. They have: 255/35/19 (same as front OEM), but for rear they only have 265/35/19 (not the 275 OEM size). Would I be OK running 255 on front and 265 on back? Would this create a problem from an ECU/traction control standpoint being that the rotational diameters are not the same front & back as OEM?

Thanks in advance.
