Akrapovic exhaust system

Has anyone heard if or when we could see a system come out for our vehicle from Akrapovic?

I can tell you with 100% certainty that as of now they are not making a M235i exhaust and are not planning on making any. Now, the M2.....
So they made one for the GTI and not anything for M235i?

Probably comes down to numbers, lots of GTIs out there. Early adoption of a new model usually sucks until enough cars are out there for the aftermarket to take interest.

It can't take much for them to modify an existing system to fit our car. Plus I would imagine the system for the M2 couldn't differ much from ours.

Well since the M2 is getting a N55 then it should be the same. Maybe quad tips or something minor like that

See link below about a YT clip of a modded f30 akra exhaust on an m135i here in Europe.

http://www.babybmw.net/viewtopic.php?f=74&t=59989

Involved shortening link pipe and also the tailpipes.

Sounds nice but a lot of cash and effort, esp when my m135i sounds nicer with MPE and sports cat DP

Not worth the effort imo. There's already a lot of nice sounding exhaust's on the market.

It would be worth it if Akra did a titanium f30 exhaust so you can save weight. Not the case here
