Oil on my turbo's?!

While doing some service on my 335d today I removed the air box because bmw wanted to charge me nearly $400 to remove my windshield washer tank and clean it/ replace washer fluid pump filter. It wasn't spraying my windshield at all and they gave me some BS story that it's not covered under my platinum extended warranty blah blah blah... Anyway before and after of dirty washer fluid pump filter and a few pics of oil I discovered...

Sorry pics didn't load in order... I have a cel so I'll be bringing it in soon to get that issue resolved. The oil looks like it's been there a while not sure if a clown at the dealership spilled oil durning an oil change (been a while since 50K so I do my own services now) or if their is a legitimate issue that needs to be addressed.

have you checked your engine block gaskets etc... oil can drip down to the turbos from there if you have an engine oil leak.

Could also be from turbo oil supply lines or from the crankcase ventilation.

Oil catch cans were necessary on tuned MINIs. Some of that is natural and ok
