great work!

quick question, whats the purpose of the 3m sun gun?
from my understanding, it makes easier for a user to locate the imperfections...right?

LOL - I thought the same thing. 2008 550i (what a beautiful car!) and already curb rash! The detail job is impeccable, as usual. You do such a beautiful job not only on the paint, but also on the engine. And that 550i engine is purty.

What color gray is that, BTW? It looks darker than Space Gray. Is it "Platinum Gray Metallic"? Otherwise, I don't see the option on the BMW NA site.

Fminus, what did you use for the engine detailing?

I noticed you have a paint depth gauge, $$$$.

CG is Chemical Guys. Please correct me if I'm wrong though.

FMINUS, I'd also like to know what was used on the plastic engine components?

A forum is a place to share information with one another. If you don't plan on helping your fellow forum members, then there's not much use for your posts other than just visual. Seeing shiny cars gets kinda old unless we're also learning how to achieve these results. So unless you plan on answering questions and not ignoring them, I have no problem with you not posting here anymore.
