Need help installing ecs vent boost gauge

So far I got everything in besides wireing. According to this ecs install manual, I have to tap the green wire into the red/white wire from the black plug on the climate control unit. What's weird is my black OR white plug doesn't even have red/white. Can anyone help me figure this out please and thanks.

That is a little strange. What you're looking for is the constant on wire, if you have a test light you can probe the connector with the car off until your test light illuminates then tap the wire associated with that pin location on your hardness.

I ended up tapping it to a constant 12v behind my head unit radio. That's ok right?
