where you at VIP?
Been awhile since we have heard anything from VIP tuning in south florida......still interested in what they have been doing. It's like they gave us a teaser and disappeared...come back!

That place has been busier than santa's workshop. The website will be up in the next few days. On that website will be your sought after dyno sheets, along with a full list of modification options for your 335i. The plan was to release the website complete with all the information that was necessary to fulfill peoples curiosity. I believe you will appreciate the amount of time that was put into making it and the fact that it will not be released until it has everything you all have been asking for. Be patient and understand this is the holiday season!

Other reason I am answering this question for them is that they are busy working on my car.. been a work in progress for over 2 weeks now and won't be seeing it for at least another 2. But it will all be worth it! Because when I get it back, it is on.

What all are you getting done? Or is it a secret?

Trying to keep a lot of it a secret because it is the manual tranny R&D car atm. But it is getting everything that you know about VIPs car already plus some other bells and whistles. Along with a newly redesigned intake that those who ordered his intake will be getting. The current word on the car is that it keeps up with his auto version. I will be hitting the dyno as well as moroso(drag strip) within the first week or so that I pick it back up. But I will say, a lot of what is being done is being done to keep the car running cooler and more efficiently. This car, like shiv said when he broke 400whp, has some more room for gains on the stock turbos.

Yea I really want to hear more about the DPs with cutouts, if they are fabbed that way or just bolted to the back (which anyone can do). And if they will be possible to make them simple bolted cutouts rather than spring loaded so its possible to use electric cutouts or just plain keep them closed for those of us who got WOT on the street a lot and don't need to be attracting attention.

VIP, kindly make a bypass switch for your dp cutouts so we can have the option of still racing a bit - but not wake the neighbors thanks
