Replace bulbs without removing wheels?

Hey guys, I bought some new headlight bulbs (H7 silverstar ZXE) to replace the awful standard ones and was wondering if anyone has done the swap without removing the wheels? Thanks for the help.

Yeah it can be done. My car is lowered on h&r sport springs and I can still do it. All you need to do is turn the wheel all the way to one side. Turn all the way to right then you be able to work on the left side and vice versa.
