How many of you push your cars over 100mph

Just curious to see how many people are pushing their car over 100 mph. I only have problems with my car over 100mph during the transition from 3rd to 4th so just curious to know. Also have you had any problems.

i dont push it over 100.. it just gets there on its own... i dont want it to, it just does

I go into shakes if I can't get to 100 at least once per week.

I dont know why but when my oil temp gets to 250 and I push the car full force in third gear at about 100mph the car goes into limp mode. I have a step but it shifts the car at 6952RPMs which is kinda high, i hope nothing is wrong with my tranny.

only problem is i can't keep it under a 100.

That would be great to tell to an officer when you get pulled over.

Up here you lose your liscence for +100 mph. Glad I got rid of my bike...

The only thing disturbing when I go over 100 mph is an eerie sense of calm. Over 120, I enter a Zen-like state. Over 130, like total euphoria! Never had a limp mode, vehicle or otherwise... I also have a step.

I say I have to agree with you.
I passed somebody on the freeway driving to work today, and said, "Woops!"
I was just over 100 and slowed down to 80ish.

I get up to 150 couple times a week if the road is straight and empty

my car shimmies at 100mph+.........so i keep under 90mph @98% of the time.

Iv had this annoying ass whistling noise on the driver side window, almost like the window isnt shutting completely, really annoying, any ideas?

This is so true, 140 - complete adrenaline rush, 150 - =( upset when the limiter kicks in.
