You're referring to Crevier BMW. I only test drove the 330 there so not much to base on, but from the very brief encounter they seemed helpful and courteous. I know a friend who bought her bimmer there. I'll see if she has any meaningful input.

Yep, I'll let you know if I hear any word back from my friend. You're also not that far from McKenna - have you tried them or heard anything about the service there?

They also sell/service BMW and Audi. They may even sell/service other autos - I don't recall. It's right by the 605 freeway off Firestone. Just to reiterate though - I have had no experience with them.

Crevier is the dealer off the 55 freeway. They seem to treat you right if you buy a car from them. They did not want to give me a loaner because I bought my car from another dealer. They put their customers first!

I just heard from my friend on Crevier. She's not very happy about the service there. Although I think she may be more upset about the problems with her new car (not E90) and wants to return it.

I've heard a lot of bad things about service at crevier, but their sales is pretty good. I helped a friend buy a car from them, and i ordered my E90 from them, but they weren't very helpful with me, but I kind of understand cuz it was so hectic at all bmw dealers when the e90 released, but the least they could have done was return my calls, but aside from that, their sales is suppose to be top notch. I got my car from Assael, went pretty smooth, first time i took it in for service they totally sucked, im back in again right now for service going through a different service advisor and everything is good, i even got a bmw loaner.

The first time i took it in my bluetooth was not activated. Also, there was rattling from the center console, right door, and rear deck lid. They fixed the bluetooth, but nothing else. So i took it back a second time on this past monday. I talked to my new service advisor and he told me they fixed the rattling in the front and rear, and also told me what they did to fix it, and they're still working on the door. The first time I took it in, they told me everything was fixed, which was not the case.

I got my E90 from Crevier and thought that their service was not that good at all.

Romeo,
The one off 55 is Crevier. So far I think there have been two negative comments on Crevier in this thread.

Go to Irvine BMW if you don't mind the extra drive. It's 405 off Bake and make a right, behind MickyD's. They have hot girls working at receptions. Don't know about the service at parts/service department though.

Southern California Dealers

Hey everyone,

I noticed how successful the N. CA thread was so I was hoping I could get as much feedback for the S. CA area. Anyone know what dealers are offering around 1000 over invoice for a 330i and seem to have pretty good service? Seems like Westlake Rusnak, Camarillo, and Bob Smith are all pretty hard dealers to bargain with, but then again its been a month...any comments?

thank you so much in advance.

Also, if i were to order my car soon, would i be missing the 1.something percent increase on the MSRP?
