From Stock to JB2HR.....
Here is a dyno from the baseline run of the car and after installing JB2HR with 1/4tank of 93octane and 4 gallons of 103octane.
A/F ratios never went upwards 11.8.... This was night.. Corrections to Terry: The day that I posted the cars problem in the dyno@daytime on 88'degrees, the car didnt throw any code or anything, no limp code whatsoever, I believe that the person that was reading the A/F monitor doesnt knew how to read it. I wasnt there, but last night I was and the car worked perfectly and asked everyone about that day, and they told me that the car worked the same way, no Cel's, limps anything.. In also think that the problem was that before the H pill daytime dyno, there was a 96 octane 318hp run, and they tought it was on 93oct. The car with Hpill on daytime gave 299hp and 305@night. with 93octane. As I wrote before A/F@11.8 or less.. So its good for now! |

Darvo. I member here and I went to a local dyno shop and the operator mentioned seeing detonation on modified 335's. Turned out to be a common mis-diagnosed issue...

That is a funky graph! Email the .drf run files to me at terenceburger@gmail.com so I can reformat it. Did they get the tack pickup? Are you an auto or manual? Looks like a 3rd gear run??

The car is an auto, but we dont know how to keep the car in low revs to start sampling the dyno... Tried to do lower rpm runs but couldnt keep the car... |

Also change correction factor to STD. Next time do a couple runs with the airlid on, and a couple with the airlid off, to see if it makes any difference. If possible run the tank to empty before adding the race gas. |
