So I just went to pick up my car after being serviced, expecting £300+ to disappear from my bank balance. But then the guy sat me down he said "so your car has the service included pack meaning today's work is free of charge"
I could barely believe my ears, but of course I nodded and agreed! I did not order or pay for the service pack, so I don't quite know how come it has it? Has anyone heard of this happening before? |

Yep I had it on my previous car, similar surprise.
I actually looked at the girl and said 'erm sorry I have not paid for my service' She then told me it was already included. |

When i dropped the car off the lady said we'll be doing the oil and micro filter today and that's all part of the service pack. So at that point i kind of thought to my self i wonder if she means i won't have to pay, but wasn't expecting it to actually happen! |

I never looked into the service packs as the mileage i was doing when i ordered the car would have meant it would only need one service in the 2 years. |

When they pop your keys in to their comp, it tells them all details on your car and packages. Just try a random dealership and ask them to check. Edit: a lot of lease companies actual include servicing as it means they have a fully serviced car at end of lease. |

Can anyone tell me at what point can you take your car in for service if you have the service pack. Mines showing amber now with 1200 miles before service is due. Do I have to wait until it gets to zero or can I take it in before?
