I'd have bought British years ago if they weren't still so damned unreliable.

Still, they seem to be making incremental improvements....

Imagine an XE-R with that drivetrain - it's happening apparently!

Do I stillwant that M3? :-) Hmmmmm.....

The 5.0 V8 in the R is a cracker, albeit one that guzzles petrol. I'm in agreement with Guy though - an XE-R with 4wd would be an itch I would find difficult not to scratch

That would indeed be tempting- a car designed on a native RWD platform with AWD traction and some tasty engines.

Jaguar is the only brand I can imagine considering seriously instead of BMW.

Have an invite for December to Castle Bromwich and a play with some XE's.

The engine factory for the XE is pretty much at end of my road at the I54 site.

Jaguar have proven some decent models with the last few releases.

Unfortunately it will be a while before they bring out an XE Shooting brake.

I would be as well getting an F Type than a saloon lol.

That will be interesting to see how you get on Brigand. I was going to keep the F31 for quite a few years but I could be seriously tempted to swap to one of them..........

I am tempted to keep my current car, however I am also thinking of a 335i tourer.

As it stands unless Jaguar can get close to my level of BMW discount, I will reman with BMW.

I am pretty much a discount whore and not that much in to brand loyalty.

However the 330 xdrive tourer is hard to beat.

An XE-R Shooting Brake I think would be a serious contender.

I need to draw up a list of test drives for 2015 lol.
335i, XE, Mustang, etc.

even the V6 model is a blast to drive!! i had the chance of driving all of them....6, 8 and R........the lineup literally starts with the best and ONLY gets better!! i would only opt for the convertible and drive it with the top down in freezing winter because MY GOD DOES IT SOUND AMAZING!!!!!!!

im waiting for my XJ lease to end soon so I can switch over to the F-type.

although I wouldnt expect the AWD model for the 8 and R models. Jaguar would only fit the AWD system into the V6 XJ due to spacing issues. im sure its going to be the similar case to the F

Erm, nope. AWD will be available across the F Type range. All will be revealed on 19th November at LA Auto Show.

Yep that's a great move and still probably my fave looking car on sale today. Red Coupe looks the biz.

Its already a bit porky so some more weight wont help matters but I think I read 0.2s of the 0-60 sprint for the S model.

The sound this car makes is awesome across the range, really enjoyed my test drive. If only it was 2+2.

Yeah that is the problem with not being 2+2.

I would have to decide between the wife and the dog.

Guess will have to buy the dog some goggles

And a hat

Option 2+2 does not realy bother me. I need more than 2 seats only for a week or two a year - so I can rent something for that particualar time. If only Jag leasing would be comparable to BMW.....eh....

Yes I am, however I do toy with the give her the 330 and I get a 2 series etc.

Not in a rush as currently sorting flat for daughter.

I did offer her a card board box.

I then have to sort her a car out.....

However I feel I will be in something petrol driven for my next car.

The way it is at moment that's liable to be a Fiat bloody Punto!

I may be in new year, our cabling supplier is in Port Talbot.

So down that way a fair bit.

It's a nice drive if you go west to Welshpool first and then down
