best used car for 20k or less

With the near completion of the accident repairs on the 435i vert and semi retirement looming was thinking of just having 1 car on pcp and having a 20k ish used car.
Will only be doing minimal miles, looking for something that makes you feel special but is a bit of an allrounder, any ideas?.
