Is my car LCI?

What does that mean if it's not LCI. Is 2009 up LCI

It's a 328? Then you probably have a OBM (Original Base Model).
LCI is the facelift that BMW (and other car companies) due to a particular model a few years after its release to make it look fresh. In the case of the 328 it just got slightly different body styling (hood, bumper, headlights, etc). On the 335 it was all of the above plus a new motor.

I believe for sedans it was 2010 for the Sedan and 2011 for the coupe.

E90 (sedan) LCI is 2009+
E92 (coupe) LCI is 2011+

The LCI sedans had the N54 motor for 2 years (2009-2010) while the LCI coupe never got the N54 unless you got the 335is (2011-2013).

@OP easy way to tell look at tail lights and if there is little white section in the inner top corner of each light it is pre-LCI. Kidney grills also have a separate piece on the top instead of being 1 ring around the slats.

Yeah I was right about the coupe. Never really looked into the LCI E90 since I already had a pre-LCI and had no plans on getting another one.
