I don't normally post a "buyer" beware but I feel like I should be warning other potential seller's out there of a recent "buyer" i've had to deal with. Now there can be nothing wrong at all with this buyer; but I've decided to refund the money based on the following fact pattern and I just wanted to warn other potential sellers out there before they transact with this guy. You can see my itrader rating; i have dealt with numerous transactions on this forum and this buyer seems very fishy to me.

I sold an iPhone 5 to user GRYX9 on 11/14/14 and (omitted personal info with X's):

1) he sends me paypal under the name of James DeXXXX and said its a "business account" but the email is "jamdeXXXXX@gmail.com"
2) he sends me a prepaid shipping label using random email "username00@gmx.com" which has no name attached to it and is clearly not a business email or personal email since GMX is free webmail; not business.
3) The name on the shipping label (AdrXXXX B) does not match the name of the paypal account or email.
4) the shipping label purposely omits the full last name and apartment number. When I inquired, he asked me to just "drop it in the box" and to "avoid the line". If i paid good money for a phone, i think i would want my address such as my apartment number to be quite clear.
5) Once i started asking whether he has a verified address in paypal, he asks me to cancel the transaction
6) on top of that, he only joined the forum 9 days ago, has a total of 12 posts, no itrader ratings and could not provide any other form of feedback (i.e. ebay, etc)

What are your guys thoughts?

Yeah you might have received the money but if he claims it was never delivered or some BS like that then you'll lose out because paypal almost always sides with the buyer.
