help me diagnose this noise, not bearing or tire

Hey guys,
I have a noise that i suspect is coming from my front right or left suspension only when turning the wheel RIGHT. It is a HUMMING noise that is obvious above 30mph.
I replaced out the front left bearing with no success.

The dealer has swapped out my sway bar (due to rust) and bushings.

The car is 120k miles with all original suspension components.

what can it be...
ty
