The only way to know is to ask.
I can't imagine it's a huge price difference for the M-tech vs. stock front bumper. If they're not receptive to that, you could always offer to pay the difference.

Basically your insurance company is going to pay the cost of the factory bmw original bumper, so if the Mtech is what you want, and it costs less it wont be a problem, just ask your shop to order it and use that bumper, the difference goes to you. If the Mtech costs more you will have to pay the difference yourself.
