BMW E90 2009 328i Front springs and BMW E90 320d springs
are same ?

for sure. A significant difference in weight would be the only reason for needing different springs. The 328i weighs about 40 lbs more than the 320D, which might as well be zero. The payload of the car can vary from 100 lbs to 800 lbs so 40 lbs is meaningless.
