Kombi resolution anyone??????

Guys,

I was able to update every module in my car except the god damn Kombi. It's the KOMB87 to be exact. I've used a power supply hooked up to my car. I can code the Kombi successfully with NCSExtpert but not update it with WinKFP. Ive seen the 2 main threads regarding this but nobody has come with a solution. Anyone who has received this error and gotten through it please let me know. I have complete datens versions 49.7, 50.2 and 54. All 3 propose the same ZNRr:9283839. Attached are the screen shots for you to see.

I updated this a while ago. It's a problem with the assembly line data. Have a look back through the threads and you'll find my post. I had the exact same problem.

EDIT:

So, the problem is 100% assembly line data issues.

I had a car today with exactly the same problem.

Assembly Zbnr was: 9148031 which was found in INPA UIF.

I found this by flashing manually: under ECU family HKOML2.

Checking the DAT that links up to 9147949.0pa

Which I'm guessing is the latest file as I'm on v54 datens

Flash went 100% correct.

--------

I suggest manually selecting 9283839 and checking the KOMBI DAT file to double check the 0pa file being used for that part number.

So your saying to select my recommended ZB file manually? I get that but the last part didn't make sense to me. What would I be checking for file wise?

Yes. Correct.

The last bit is not necessary but it will show you exactly what file will be flashed. You can then compare this to previous versions if you wanted to. I wouldn't worry about it, I just found it interesting.

Do you think this will yield the new icon for DTC off and the new gong sound after the update?
