Noob question: fan keeps turning on

I apologize for the noob question but I cant figure this one out. Everytime I start my car, the fan turns on at the lowest setting even though I turn it off each tim. I checked all the settings and didnt see where I can modify this behavior. Is this something I need to code?

I read another forum post regarding this, and it is by design. It will always turn back on regardless of if you turn it off before leaving the car. Can't remember the reason, but I do remember it was by design. Not sure if you can code it off or not.

Can be Coded to default to 'Off' at start up....

It is completely normal for it to turn on every time
