Front right end squeaks

I have a E92 335i and I did sharp right turn at 120kph up a slight incline and I heard a crack sound in my front right wheel area. Now, when I drive at highway speeds, my front right end squeaks like non stop. It doesn't happen when I travel at city speeds during city driving.

Tierod? Sway bar bushing come loose? Take it to the dealership and have them take a look, suspension issues can be dangerous.

It could also be your ball joints.
