Optioned M3 pricing scenarios

Based on the predictions arrived on the thread referenced below for the options pricing and 5.5% tax. Excludes gas guzzler tax. The spreadsheet is attached as a zip file if you want to play with it.

Great mate. Have you got a link to the file? I'm thinking 18" + EDC + M-DCT... building a model now as I watch NYG @ DAL.

What about the gas guzzler tax? How much do you think that will be? Thank you.

Nice... it seems that I was right on the base M3 Coupe and Sedan base prices.

- Leather could be as low the E46 M3 leather option price, $1000, because the base trim is the Leather/cloth combo. Extended leather should be some $2200.
- The M Audio could be as high as $1800 as the base sound system is HiFi and not Top HiFi (Logic7 $1200).

I have no idea on that one other than guessing that it will apply.

The GGT on the S5 is $1,300 (16 mpg) - so around that #.

My spreadsheet gets me to ~ $68k w/ M-DCT.

Wouldn't EDC be a standard option, at least for U.S. spec cars.

Was EDC an option for the M5/M6 in other markets?

No, it's on its own or part of ZTP - looks like I'm getting ZTP as I also want MDrive & CA (but don't need iDrive!)
