I don't think that alignments are covered under maintenance.

Should I still plan on having it done at dealership for $150 or is it okay to take to NTB for $69. Is there anything different with these cars that should require the dealer to do correctly.

write the rear and front axle alignment specs for the f30 and do a manual input of the values in the alignment computer of your local shop. Same result and much cheaper.

you can find them if you search "f30 eibach pro kit" eibach has the stock values and lowered values for alignment of both axles on th f30
