GPS delete issues?
Long story but will be removing the sharkfin antenna, all coax, and the Telematics unit at a minimum. Car doesn't have nav or idrive but it does have BMW Assist with enhanced USB.
I can't figure out if GPS is actually used by anything in the car as the GPS doesn't seem to be wired to the TCU since the blue coax housing has nothing connected to it. Searching here and online isn't turning up anything useful probably because I don't know the right keywords to use. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated. TIA

IT depends if you still want BMW Assist to work.. That should be about it..

Also when you take out the TCU be sure to have the MOST loop closed via a terminated cap or just cancel out that set at the distribution block.
