Autoenginuity help

Hi there, I posted in the engine forum but was directed here.
I'm having trouble connecting my moms 2007 328xi to autoenginuity. It will read the car but it will not display the advanced trouble codes except for one time and I have no idea how I got it to do that. I do have the bmw enhancement.

If anybody has any tips/tricks settings advice etc that would be great.

Ps. This was the same case with my 335i. According to the website, it should have no problem connecting but I can't figure it out.

Again, any advice is appreciated. Thanks
