Remote key window close on m4 vert

Hi
Was wondering if anyone with an m4 convertible has tried to remotely close their windows with the key. My car doesn't do it with the roof up or down. My dealer said this is normal on the convertible. I don't believe them??

I think I can close the windows if I hold the lock button down. I think I've done it before, but can't remember. I'll this this tomorrow.

I can open and close the roof with the key. You hold the lock button down.

Yeah that's the way it was on my old m3. My new m4 doesn't do windows or roof and dealer said it was normal.

make sure the piece in the trunk is pulled all the way down, otherwise the roof won't open with the key or using the button inside the car

You also have to be pretty close to the car for the roof to open/close. Mine works for both the windows and the top. But if I get too far away it will stop.

I also have comfort access and this will also wind the windows up if holding your finger on the door handle sensor
