Dinan Compatibility with MTech?

Have a 2009 335xi with a Dinan cold air intake and the Dinan dual exhaust. Looking to upgrade to the Mtech front and back bumpers. Anyone know if it's compatible? Seems harder than I would expect to find an answer.

Cold air intake mounts to front bumper from inside and uses the stock air intake locations so if that changed it would be a problem.

Exhaust prolly less of an issue on the back. Uses the same spots as stock but with fatter tips so the back bumper would have to accommodate those fatter tips.

Oh duh. I wasn't thinking of cold air. Exhaust should definitely fit though.
