Any DIY on M performance splitter?

finally got me some OEM M performance splitter. Haven't gotten the time to install it but seems pretty straight forward. I did buy some CF vinyl to apply to the bumper where the splitter attaches to cover up the "gaps" seen in the pic. Anyone have any advice? Otherwise, I'll be installing this in the next day or so...

So I finally got around to installing the OEM Splitter. Notice the "gap". The splitter (though OEM) doesn't fit all the way flush. Thus, leaving a "gap".

In order to account for this, and hide it, I used a CF vinyl (though black works too) and applied it into the bumper where the splitter attaches. Notice that you don't have to wrap the whole area of the bumper.

Here's pics of the splitter installed. I used double sided tape and the OEM screws at the bottom of the bumper. The holes match up 100%. The center piece of the splitter has another hole for screws but you need to drill a hole into the bumper. I ended up using double sided tape. Worked out fine.

As you can see, no more "gap".

Thanks. Any advice on larger tires? Will 245/45/19 and 275/40/19 work?

There are members here who run 245/45/19 fronts. Not sure about the rear. The tires will look huge though. I think if you search, you'll be able to find some OEM F01 wheels/tires on a F10

I think oem only come with CF version. If painted, then it's not OEM. I could be wrong, not sure

He got the lip from RW Carbon... It's their M Performance replica and just had the carbon fiber painted to create the two-tone. Came out very nice!
