I was able to figure out

For Pre-LCI FRM2

Tagfahrlicht_ece_0
Aktiv

Verhalten_drl_tfl
drl_s

In Kombi change the following to Aktiv:

Tag_licht_an
Tag_licht_aus

This add DRL on/off menu to on board computer.

Tagfahrlicht_ece_0

Ovi - Did that actually work for you? I thought a harness was needed to enable angel eyes as DRL for pre-LCI. If so I'll give it a shot.

no wiring is needed for FRM2.

There is currently no way to program them in FRMA aka FRM aka FRM1

When NCS reads your FRM, which version does it show (1st file in the line)?

This sounds like a bummer... I just had the DEPO V2 LED halo light assembly installed on my e91 2006 wagon and cannot figure if this is possible on mine, but sounds like it is not :-(
What supprised me is that the angel eyes / halos do not even come on in the auto mode, which is what I drive in most of the time. Is my only solution to have the lights rewired or is there any kind of coding that I can do? And BTW, does Anyone know anyone in the Athens/Atlanta Georgia area that does coding?

It's your footwell module, and you can find out by using NCS or post production date of your car here.

MFG Date is 12/05
VIN # WBAVT13526AV98179
So, How would I find out if I can code these? I called several places and they said they could try, but being they are aftermarket headlight assemblies, they could not guarantee they would be able to do anything and I would still be charged for coding, even if they were not sucessful.

On another note... I am having a fair amount of condensation in my headlights everytime I drive it. I guess it is due to the amount of heat the LEDs put out. It has been relatively cold here, but nothing too extreme. Very dissappointed and the ebay seller ( redcometm3 ) I bought them from is trying to give me the same runaround as the ( fishcake ) seller. Use hair dryer and put in silica gel packets (desiccant) to absorb the moisture. This is not due to raining or water either, so it has something to do with the moisture already inside or being produced from the heat of the lights/LEDs.

You have an older FRM, so coding is not likely.

Sucks about the moisture, as it should not have any moisture, regardless of environment.
