Red M Sport 4 Piston Calipers

For some reason it won't let me post this in the classifieds, so I apologize. I have a new M4 and I want to change out the blue 4/2 pistons (front/rear) with red. Does anyone have a new 435I with those calipers that wants blue? They would have to be like new. Less then 2000 miles.

Are the M4 Blue calipers equivalent to M Sport/M Performance calipers? Will the Red M Performance brakes fit an M4? As far as I know, M4 brakes are 380mm rotors with an aluminum hat whereas the M Performance brakes are all steel 370mm rotors... I'd double check the compatibility first because I have my doubt's about doing this.

The calipers should be the exact same 4 piston and 2 piston and would work on both, per the parts department at the dealership, but to be safe I will look into it.

Did some digging since I was curious... looks like they might be the same which is surprising. I wonder if means one could potentially use M4 rotors on a 4 series with M Sport brakes... unless the upright/knuckle is different between the two models.
