When are LCI specs and pricing coming out?

There has been a lot of rumors about the LCI specs. Anyone knows when the actual models, specs and pricing will come out?

Sorry made a typo, i meant to ask when, not why.

The models are already published in the dealer system:

320i with the old N20 engine.
328i with the old N20 engine.
328d with the old N47 engine.
340i with B58 engine replaces 335i.

Available LED headlights and foglights, new LED taillights, interior improvements, one new exterior and one new interior colors.

Everything else will only be known when the official PR package comes out. That usually happens in May or June.

Man I hope they keep the tail specs similar. I'm dying to swap mine out when the LEDs come.

May/June...wouldn't that be too late since production starts in July? I was thinking the specs would be out by March so I can decided if I want the LCI or non-LCI.

That's a good enough buffer (1.5 months) to get research done.

Based on prior years' model announcements for July production starts, I think we'll get official info mid-May. May 11/12 would be about right.

A new blue, and a new version of saddle brown may become available with Sport and M Sport.

I haven't ben paying attention but isn't there supposed to be a 330i with a replacement engine for the N20?

Wow that would be awesome. Would love a saddle brown-ish color in an M-Sport

If you read the press release for F20/F21 LCI, you'll see a few bits about the models that get new B series engines. While those are not B58, you'll get a pretty good idea of the scale of improvement compared to the previous generation.

Yup. Helped me decide to wait for the LCI and get F31 in late summer (ED).

Any insight into whether they will make 18" wheels or other optional items standard? I know with the E90 LCI, items were added as standard equipment each year the LCI was produced - first power seats, then moonroof, 17" wheels, leather...

I agree - a lack of saddle brown with m-sport has actually prevented me from considering an F30/F32.

You can always order it as an Individual option...but you'll pay for it.
