help, having intake issues.

I have a Fujita intake and I keep getting a code for running too lean/rich. Also if I take off rapidly it triggers a check engine light and causes the car to hiccup. Anybody have any idea on what's happening?

I just got that intake and my car has a rough three second start then goes normal. Happen with u too?
