Coding help first time cable user

Hello I am trying to do Alpina flash and have followed guides step by step, INPA connects but does not give functionality, im sure there is something I missed please help thanks!

You have to obtain the IPO files for INPA. WinKFP requires the data folder to be populated.

Got me INPA working, now if someone could point me in the right direction with my NCS Expert, it is in German. Been doing some reading I understand there is an english text file update or profile.
