NorCal to Bimmerfest 2015 Caravan

Is it to early? I know its a few months out still (May). We should get a big caravan together to roll down there with. Probably be at the Rose Bowl again in Pasadena. I know a lot of ppl from up here go down there. I always miss the caravan, not this year!! ///M We can start a list. Or just feel free to add yourself.

ARMA would also like to know more about the bimmerfest LA event, because we are thinking to join this event this year.

Any sharing would be very appreciated.

Ive been 3 times, Its usually the weekend a week or two before Memorial day in May. I'm hoping EAS will be there coding. Im actually gonna hit them up and see if thats even an option.

I thought Mike was gonna do it for you? If not Alekshop could do coding for you here, I got my splitters installed by them and had a positive experience there.

Is there anything more I should know about bimmerfest? like are you going to wash your car after the drive down and before going to the event?

My cars lowered now so I won't be able to go through any car washes, it'd have to be a hand wash. I'm down for that fosho. Did you ever get Euro mdm coded? I liked Bimmerfest a lot when they were holding it in Santa Barbra. Now its usually at the Rose Bowl. They haven't announced anything this year yet. We'll hear something soon.

Oh yea no automatic car washes for me period. What's euro mdm? I definetly don't have that coded in

ill be there can't wait. I would caravan down with you NorCal folks however my car will be in a booth (EAS) so I have to be there crack of dawn so ill prob just stay down there the night before. Interesting to see the new venue. I have been going to bimmerfest for years its always fun. Gets bigger and bigger every year. 2-4k BMWs or something crazy like that plus every vendor will be there showing off their stuff! Its a must go for BMW owners IMO

I'd be down to join a caravan leaving Friday, I would much rather do that actually and have no problem taking the day off work.

Seems like a huge event, I thought the biggest event was MFest in So Cal but this is starting to look bigger

Bimmerfest is the largest by far, its not even close. I went to and sponsored Mfest for 3 years. It was a awesome event. I have not gone for a few years but it was cool to caravan out to vegas etc.. Bimmerfest is a park and show event. Any vendor who is anyone will be there you can almost guarantee it. Its the only BMW event I know of that has everyone there including BMWNA

as for friday ill most likely be going down whenever I finish my morning 18 not sure when that is so I don't want to committee to any time frame. However if you get a group together keep me in the loop in when you think you will be passing by Solvang/Santa Barbara area and if the timing is right I will jump in

I may be up there the week before bimmerfest doing some wraps for the cars going to bimmerfest. If so, I'll try to meet up with any caravans coming back down to socal. Would make much more of an interesting drive back down than doing it solo.

I added you. But Bavarian 500 normally has a caravan of 150+ cars so that's what I'm looking for... 20 is a bit small
