Window inside Nylon trim

I don't know what to call it but it is the insides of the window trim. Mine has a bunch of small strands of clothing and cat hair on it. Anything that I can use that'll get it right off? Maybe the sticky side of a Velcro tape?

Use sticky tape, a wet lint free rag or a small bristle brush and rub briskly.
