Hope its similar or better then the Audi DSG and that it comes in the 335, 328 aswell.

They'll probably offer a simplified version for the non-M cars.

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."

They did it with the SMG, though the non-M cars unit was by Magnetti and basically sucked.
The regular version will probably have 4 modes (regular and Sport in manual and auto respectively) instead of the 11 on the M-cars.

Looks like a really nice transmission.. however I have to have Audi did come out with a flawless DSG first though. Althought BMW has the bragging right to claim that this dual clutch transmission can handle engine speeds up to 9000 RPM. I also wished the shift lights would look more advance!

DCT for non-M
All the "M-Specific" references lead me to believe (hope) that it'll be offered for non-M. It will give my wife and I a happy comprimise on our next car, though I'll need to think of a new excuse not letting her drive my car...
