Non-AHL Euro Bi Xenons flickering
Had some work done on the car. Everything worked fine before picking up. Car was in the shop for a few weeks. Now the hids flicker. Changed out the Ballasts, no improvement. I don't want to throw money at it. What
/how can I find the problem? Bulbs were brand new when we coded, a couple of months now. Recode the battery? What checks can I do? I don't have capability to code, nor the patience to set up my laptop for it. Also, I hear a hum from the headlights until I flash the beams.
