New 435i GC on the Way
Just ordered my CB 435i GC yesterday. I'm replacing my 335is, gonna miss DCT and hydraulic steering.
3/5/15 - Production Ended, Waiting to be transported to carrier 3/7/15 - Vehicle is being transported to the carrier 3/12/15 - Waiting to be assigned to a vessel 3/13/15 - Stuck at the port for 1 Week. 3/18/15 - Still at the port 3/20/15 - Loaded on TYSLA, Expected to arrive in Baltimore 3/31/2015. Route Of CF510-TYS http://www.2wglobal.com/webapps?url=...ppSchedules%2F 4/1/2015 - Arrived at Port in Baltimore 4/10/2015 - Arrived at the Dealership :-) 4/17/2015 - Delivered 435i GC Build Carbon Black (Changed from EB II) Leather Dakota Oyster/Black M-Sport 19" Orbit Grey Wheels M-Sport Brakes Cold Weather Package Technology Package Parking Assist Package Dynamic Handling Package Premium Package Black Kidney Grills M Performance Power Kit Harman Kardon Sound System I was really torn between Performance Exhaust and DHP. I did not get the LED light package way to much for that. Does anyone know if the Xeon lights have automatic high beam? I don't see the button on turn signal stalk in on-line photos for cars equipped with Xeon lights. Andy Last edited by 4GCRacer; 04-20-2015 at 10:35 PM.. Reason: Color change on order |

Congrat on your new built I do believed the Xenon has the auto high beam feature as an option.

I did the exact same thing. Had to sell my 335is vert for more practical 435GC (on order). The combination of N54, DCT, performance exhaust and hydraulic steering was amazing. I ordered my GC with the M Performance kit and DHP so hoping it will match the 'is' experience. Can't wait!!

While BMW has improved it, still has long way to go to match e9x If u have base F30 without DHP or Msport susp - steering feels like a Camry |

congrats ... will be a great looking car. good call on the DHP.
why no HK stereo upgrade? it isn't spectacular, but the base stereo reviews are terrible. |

Congrats on your new GC, great built.
Do you know if the GC has the 'track handling' package available. I just read a review on a 228 with a track handling package, which seemed to be very good. |

No, it'll be around Year 3 of the Gran Coupe's lifecycle, should be a 2018 model year available in 2017.
BMW's plan is to have the Gran Coupe and the Sedan three years apart so they are always releasing either a new car or an LCI on the 3 year anniversary of new leases. The idea being that customers will always be able to choose an LCI or a new car halfway through each cycle. As an example, in 2018 when my GC lease is up I'd have a choice of getting a GC LCI or the brand new 3 Sedan. If you're on the right lease calendar, you can bounce between the two four-doors and never be in an LCI ever, always be in a brand new bodystyle. |
