6000k hid bulbs

I have 4300k oem and they are nice and white but since I have no fog lights I miss the hint of blue they used to give.

Anyone have pictures of 6000k bulbs installed ? Also will 6000k match my Orion V4?

Thanks

Get the Osram CBI. That's my plan to match up with my OSS headlights.

The OEM bulbs aren't too far off in light matching when viewing from the the outside, but the light seen as a driver is yellow-ish (look at the color it casts on the headlight housing in this pic)

You can see the CBIs matched with the V4s on an E92 here: http://www.lightwerkz.net/photo/wes-...talled-photos/

Pretty close in my opinion, and it retains the stock lumens instead of losing so much output as with crappy aftermarket HID bulbs.

Another vote for Osram CBIs here- they're amazing, and match my stock LCI rings pretty damn closely. They did have a more pale yellow than white appearance for several hours, but now shine a nice bright white on the road.

Contrary to the name, they are not at all blue.

Choose your source wisely- lots of counterfeits out there in all D1S bulbs. Mine were bought from theretrofitsource, and I couldn't be happier. They're not cheap, but you get what you pay for sometimes in life

While I think the CBI are great bulbs and I've seen them in action on many cars the price is not something I'm a fan of.

I live a relatively well lit area and was thinking about getting something cheaper any ideas?
