Valeo e90 lci halogens

Can someone explain to me what is the difference between a valeo e90 lci halogen headlight unit and the other one? Sorry for sounding like an idiot, I found a set on ebay for really cheap but they were for Valeo application.

Will the headlights work error free on a car that doesnt contain a Valeo application?

what is the "other one" you mention. the OEM LCI Halogen headlights ( for USA applications) are by by Valeo. there are some instances where European versions were made by ZKW but there weren't many
