Please Help

Ok guys so i purchased this cable http://www.ebay.com/itm/190970602608...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

Maybe I'm just an idiot but for the life of me i can not get this to run on my computer. I have windows 7 and i tried using the cd to install all the software it came with and nothing. Is there any way someone can remotely set up my computer for me, i will pay them to do it, so i can just plug in and start coding.

You bought the cable to be able to do things yourself and learn, right? Quit the "I'll pay", "somebody hold my hand" attitude and you'll do great!

You have the installation pdf tutorial yes?
I had problems connecting as well, but make sure you install them properly, and then try opening NCS expert. If it opens up, you're good.

You don't even need the cd that comes with the cable. It's only to install the drivers for the cable (if you see the cable working well, no exclamation in the device manager, you're good). It has some OBD software as well, to read the car codes and everything.

Wait, I thought you said you were uninstalling ediabas. Now you say you don't have anything...

Make sure you COMPLETELY unzip everything from your CD. Then install.
